Tóm tắt Giới thiệu Các cơ sở giáo dục đại học trên toàn thế giới đã bất ngờ chuyển sang giảng dạy trực tuyến. Sự chuyển mình đột ngột từ việc học tập kết hợp hoặc giảng dạy trực tiếp truyền thống đã gây ra sự gián đoạn nghiêm trọng cho các hoạt động của trường đại học và đặt ra nhiều thách thức cho đội ngũ giảng viên, những người đã được yêu cầu phát triển phiên bản trực tuyến của các khóa học chỉ trong một đêm. Nghiên cứu này khám phá tác động của các thay đổi hiện tại trong phong cách giáo dục và làm việc tại nhà đối với mức độ căng thẳng và kiệt sức của giảng viên.
