Ảnh hưởng của ý định khởi nghiệp và tính tự chủ đến việc tự làm chủ: Sự hỗ trợ của các cơ sở giáo dục và đào tạo nghề có quan trọng?

Để giải quyết vấn đề tự làm chủ liên quan đến khởi nghiệp, có nhiều hình thức động lực tài chính và phi tài chính ảnh hưởng đến ý định khởi nghiệp và tính tự chủ đối với việc tự làm chủ. Theo đó, nghiên cứu này điều tra ảnh hưởng của ý định khởi nghiệp và tính tự chủ đến việc tự làm chủ dưới các mức độ hỗ trợ của các cơ sở giáo dục và đào tạo kỹ thuật và nghề nghiệp khác nhau. Để đạt được mục tiêu này, nghiên cứu đã sử dụng cả phương pháp nghiên cứu mô tả và giải thích, đồng thời phân tích dữ liệu thu thập từ 124 mẫu người trả lời bằng phương pháp phân tích hồi quy mô tả và hồi quy phân cấp. Kết quả cho thấy mức độ ý định khởi nghiệp và tính tự chủ chưa đạt yêu cầu tốt, trong khi đó chúng ảnh hưởng đáng kể đến việc tự làm chủ. Tương tự, phát triển vốn con người cải thiện ảnh hưởng của ý định khởi nghiệp lên việc tự làm chủ. Do đó, các trường cao đẳng giáo dục và đào tạo nghề nên tập trung nhiều hơn vào phát triển vốn con người nhằm cải thiện tình hình tự làm chủ. Hơn nữa, các nghiên cứu trong tương lai nên kiểm tra ảnh hưởng của các biến cụ thể như sự linh hoạt trong hỗ trợ của các cơ sở giáo dục và đào tạo nghề và chương trình đào tạo khởi nghiệp như là các yếu tố quyết định đến việc tự làm chủ.
