Mục tiêuMục đích của bài báo này là cung cấp một đánh giá toàn diện về thông tin tích lũy trong 26 năm qua liên quan đến những thuộc tính tâm lý và tính hữu dụng của Bài Kiểm tra Tinh thần Nhỏ (MMSE).Người tham giaCác nghiên cứu được xem xét đã đánh giá một loạt các đối tượng, từ cư dân cộng đồng không bị suy giảm nhận thức đến những người có suy giảm nhận thức nặng nề liên quan đến nhiều loại bệnh sa sút trí tuệ khác nhau.Các biện pháp kết quả chínhTính hợp lệ của MMSE được so sánh với nhiều tiêu chuẩn vàng khác nhau, bao gồm tiêu chí DSM‐III‐R và NINCDS‐ADRDA, chẩn đoán lâm sàng, các công cụ Đánh giá Hoạt động Hằng ngày, và các bài kiểm tra khác được cho là xác định và đo lường suy giảm nhận thức.Kết quảTính đáng tin cậy và tính hợp lệ cấu trúc được đánh giá là đạt yêu cầu.
