Hội chứng trượt khớp (subluxation syndrome) là một cấu trúc lý thuyết hợp pháp, có thể được kiểm tra, nhưng hiện có rất ít bằng chứng thực nghiệm hỗ trợ. Mặc dù có thể coi như một giả thuyết, nhưng sự khẳng định rộng rãi về sự có ý nghĩa lâm sàng của khái niệm này đã dẫn đến sự chế nhạo từ cộng đồng khoa học và chăm sóc sức khỏe, cũng như gây bối rối trong nghề nắn xương (chiropractic).
