Tóm tắt Bối cảnh Suy giáp do valproate gây ra là một tình trạng hiếm gặp và thường được coi là không triệu chứng. Bà có mẫu hormone cho thấy tình trạng suy giáp trung ương. Kháng thể tự miễn tuyến giáp âm tính, và không có bất thường nào về tuyến yên được phát hiện trên hình ảnh cộng hưởng từ.
