Sàng lọc huyết thanh bệnh celiac ở phụ nữ trước mãn kinh bị loãng xương vô căn

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là thực hiện kiểm tra huyết thanh để sàng lọc bệnh celiac (CD) ở những phụ nữ tiền mãn kinh bị loãng xương vô căn và điều tra sự chuyển hóa xương ở những bệnh nhân dương tính với CD. Chúng tôi đã nghiên cứu 89 phụ nữ trước mãn kinh bị loãng xương vô căn. Quy trình sàng lọc huyết thanh dựa trên đánh giá ở hai mức độ. Mức độ đầu tiên bao gồm việc xác định mức độ kháng thể IgA kháng gliadin (AGA) trong huyết thanh.
