Proteine, mit ihren zell- und gewebespezifischen Funktionen, unterliegen einer ständigen Dynamik mit komplexen Auswirkungen auf ganze zelluläre Netzwerke. Diese systematisch zu erfassen und zu verstehen, ist das Ziel der quantitativen in vivo-Proteomanalyse.
