Tóm tắt
Để có cái nhìn sâu hơn về chức năng tâm sinh lý, bao gồm các hành vi, khía cạnh nội tâm và tương tác xã hội, ở thanh thiếu niên mắc Rối loạn phổ tự kỷ (ASD), cần có những đo lường toàn diện với nhiều nguồn thông tin. Nghiên cứu này mô tả (1) sự phát triển của một thang đo mới về chức năng tâm sinh lý trong cả báo cáo của phụ huynh và tự báo cáo (Thang đo quá trình chuyển tiếp thanh thiếu niên; TTI) bao gồm tất cả ba lĩnh vực của chức năng tâm sinh lý (tức là xã hội hóa tâm sinh lý, bản thân tâm sinh lý và hành vi tình dục/gần gũi). Và (2) thử nghiệm ban đầu của công cụ này, so sánh thanh thiếu niên mắc ASD (n = 79 báo cáo của phụ huynh; n = 58 tự báo cáo) với thanh thiếu niên phát triển bình thường (TD) (n = 131 báo cáo của phụ huynh; n = 91 tự báo cáo) trong khi xem xét giới tính như một biến đồng phụ. Kết quả từ cả hai nguồn thông tin cho thấy nhóm ASD gặp nhiều khó khăn hơn liên quan đến xã hội hóa tâm sinh lý và bản thân tâm sinh lý.
