Tỉ lệ nhiễm Helicobacter pylori ở bệnh nhân Sudan được chẩn đoán mắc polyp đại tràng và ung thư đại tràng bằng kỹ thuật nhuộm miễn dịch mô học

Tiêu đề tóm tắt Mục tiêu Nhiễm khuẩn với vi khuẩn Helicobacter pylori đã được phân loại là chất gây ung thư nhóm một, liên quan đến sự tăng cường độ nhạy cảm đối với viêm dạ dày và ung thư dạ dày. Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích điều tra tỉ lệ nhiễm H. pylori ở bệnh nhân mắc polyp đại tràng và ung thư đại tràng. Một nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang dựa trên bệnh viện đã được thực hiện từ tháng Hai đến tháng Sáu năm 2017. Chín mươi chín mẫu mô cố định trong formalin từ bệnh nhân polyp đại tràng và ung thư đại tràng đã được thu thập để phát hiện H. pylori bằng kỹ thuật nhuộm miễn dịch mô học. Kết quả Trong số 69 bệnh nhân được đưa vào nghiên cứu, có 39 nam (56.5%) và 30 nữ (43.5%), độ tuổi của họ dao động từ 21 đến 80 tuổi với độ tuổi trung bình là 47.1 ± 19.7. Trong số 69 bệnh nhân mắc polyp đại tràng và ung thư đại tràng, 44 bệnh nhân (63.8%) được chẩn đoán mắc adenocarcinoma, 10 (14.5%) bệnh nhân mắc viêm đại tràng, 15 (21.7%) bệnh nhân mắc hội chứng polyp thanh thiếu niên. Kết quả của kỹ thuật nhuộm miễn dịch mô học cho thấy có 16 bệnh nhân (23.2%) dương tính với nhiễm H. pylori. Trong số 16 bệnh nhân này, có 13 (81.3%) bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán mắc adenocarcinoma và 3 (18.7%) bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán mắc polyp thanh thiếu niên. Kết quả phát hiện H. pylori giữa các bệnh nhân polyp đại tràng và ung thư đại tràng cho thấy mối liên kết có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa nhiễm H. pylori và adenocarcinoma, giá trị P là 0.028.
