Thuyên Nghẹt Mạch Vành Chorioangioma Khổng Lồ Thông Qua n-Butyl Cyanoacrylate: Kỹ Thuật, Diễn Biến Lâm Sàng và Kết Quả Sinh Đẻ

Các Chorioangioma khổng lồ, mặc dù hiếm gặp, nhưng có thể liên quan đến những biến chứng thai nhi nghiêm trọng do sự tách biệt của tế bào máu, sinh lý shunt hoặc cả hai. Điều trị tiền sinh nhằm chống lại biến chứng chính, thường là truyền máu trong tử cung để điều trị thiếu máu hoặc làm tắc nghẽn động mạch cấp máu nhằm ngăn chặn sinh lý shunt. Chúng tôi mô tả một trường hợp chorioangioma khổng lồ bị biến chứng do suy tim lưu lượng cao với nguy cơ phù thai sắp xảy ra, đã được điều trị bằng biện pháp thuyên nghẹt động mạch cấp máu sử dụng n-butyl cyanoacrylate và thảo luận về việc một phương pháp có thể không phù hợp với tất cả các trường hợp.
