Khắc plasma đã phát triển thành một công nghệ quan trọng cho việc tạo ra nhanh chóng và tiết kiệm chi phí các cấu trúc nano ngẫu nhiên hoặc bán có trật tự trên diện tích lớn và theo cách lặp lại, nếu được kiểm soát đúng cách.
