Nhiều nhân viên y tế đã bị nhiễm bệnh coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) ngay từ đầu dịch bệnh, gây ra thách thức lớn cho công tác kiểm soát dịch. Do đó, nghiên cứu này nhằm khám phá các con đường lây nhiễm được cảm nhận, các yếu tố ảnh hưởng, những thay đổi tâm lý-xã hội và quy trình quản lý đối với nhân viên y tế bị nhiễm COVID-19.

Phương pháp

Nghiên cứu này là một nghiên cứu cắt ngang, dựa trên một bệnh viện duy nhất. Chúng tôi đã tuyển mộ tất cả 105 nhân viên y tế đã xác nhận nhiễm COVID-19 tại Bệnh viện Zhongnan thuộc Đại học Vũ Hán từ ngày 15 đến 29 tháng 2 năm 2020. Tất cả người tham gia đã hoàn thành một bảng hỏi đã được xác thực. Đã nhận được sự đồng ý điện tử từ tất cả các người tham gia. Các nguyên nhân cảm nhận được của sự lây nhiễm, kiến thức và hành vi về phòng, chống lây nhiễm, thay đổi tâm lý, triệu chứng và điều trị đã được đo lường.
