Tóm tắtSự điều chỉnh cảm xúc là một yếu tố xuyên chẩn đoán trong sự phát triển của nhiều rối loạn tâm thần và hành vi, do đó đòi hỏi nhiều bằng chứng về các phương pháp phòng ngừa và can thiệp. Mục tiêu của tổng quan hệ thống và phân tích meta hiện tại là điều tra mối liên hệ giữa các chiều/dạng nuôi dạy trẻ và sự điều chỉnh cảm xúc trong thời thơ ấu và thanh thiếu niên. Theo các hướng dẫn PRISMA, tổng quan được đăng ký (PROSPERO CRD42021251672) và các thuật ngữ tìm kiếm đã được nhập vào Web of Science, Scopus, PsycINFO và PubMed vào tháng 5 năm 2021. Các bài báo cần phải báo cáo về các nghiên cứu thực nghiệm đã kiểm tra mối liên hệ giữa các chiều/dạng nuôi dạy trẻ và sự điều chỉnh cảm xúc ở trẻ em/teen với dữ liệu chính, và được xuất bản bằng tiếng Anh trong các tạp chí được bình duyệt. Thêm vào đó, các bài báo đã bị loại trừ dựa trên một số thiết kế nhất định và tập trung vào các quần thể đặc biệt. Tổng hợp kể chuyện bao gồm 30 bài báo, trong đó có 27 bài được đưa vào phân tích meta. Một công cụ của NHLBI với 14 mục (ví dụ: độ tin cậy) đã được sử dụng để đánh giá chất lượng của các nghiên cứu được đưa vào. Các xu hướng chung cho thấy rằng nuôi dạy trẻ tích cực (ví dụ: sự ấm áp, hỗ trợ) có liên quan tiêu cực với sự điều chỉnh cảm xúc, trong khi nuôi dạy trẻ tiêu cực (ví dụ: kiểm soát tâm lý, độc tài) có liên quan tích cực. Phân tích meta tiết lộ một hiệu ứng tổng thể nhỏ nhưng có ý nghĩa, tuy nhiên, độ biến thiên của các nghiên cứu là trung bình đến cao.
