MẠNG INTERNET, KHÁC VỚI CÁC CÔNG NGHỆ TRƯỚC ĐÂY, đã nhận được sự chấp nhận và sử dụng rộng rãi qua các ngành học trong giáo dục đại học. Mặc dù có ứng dụng rộng rãi, sự hài lòng với Internet cho mục đích giảng dạy không cao như mong đợi. Nhiều rào cản đã xuất hiện, tạo ra những khó khăn trong việc đạt được sự hài lòng với môi trường này. Xây dựng một cộng đồng học tập là một chiến lược được khuyến nghị nhằm tăng cường sự hài lòng. Mục đích của bài báo này là trình bày một số chiến lược và kỹ thuật đã được chứng minh là thành công trong việc xây dựng cộng đồng trong các môi trường học tập dựa trên Web.
