Mục ĐíchMục đích của nghiên cứu này là xem xét các yếu tố trước đó, nhận thức về môi trường bên ngoài và mối quan hệ của nó với học tập tổ chức, cũng như khám phá các mối quan hệ giữa học tập tổ chức và hiệu suất đổi mới ở hai cấp độ, bao gồm hiệu suất đổi mới cá nhân và tổ chức.Thiết Kế/Phương Pháp/Nghiên CứuDữ liệu từ bảng hỏi đã được thu thập từ 268 thành viên nhóm dự án R&D cấp cao, những người đã báo cáo nhận thức của họ về môi trường bên ngoài và học tập tổ chức, cùng với 83 quản lý R&D đã đánh giá hành vi đổi mới của nhân viên họ.Kết QuảKết quả cho thấy yếu tố trước đó của học tập tổ chức, nhận thức về môi trường bên ngoài, có ý nghĩa quan trọng đối với học tập tổ chức, và học tập tổ chức có ý nghĩa đối với cả hiệu suất đổi mới cá nhân và tổ chức, và đóng góp nhiều hơn cho hiệu suất đổi mới cá nhân so với hiệu suất đổi mới tổ chức.Giá Trị/Giá Trị GốcGiá trị của nghiên cứu nằm trong các đóng góp của nó cho tài liệu học thuật về học tập tổ chức và đổi mới vì việc xem xét nhận thức về môi trường bên ngoài và các mối quan hệ giữa học tập tổ chức và hiệu suất đổi mới cũng như mối quan hệ giữa hiệu suất đổi mới cá nhân và tổ chức chưa nhận được sự chú ý thực nghiệm đáng kể.
