Tóm tắt

SummaryRodent parvoviruses are promising candidates for oncolytic virotherapy of cancer in humans because of their oncotropism (preferential killing of transformed cells) in the absence of pathogenicity. Here, we give an overview concerning the possible application of parvovirus H‐1 for cancer therapy, with specific emphasis on malignant brain tumours in humans.
