Glyphosate trong nước bề mặt của Nam Ontario (Canada) đã được nghiên cứu trong thời gian 2 năm. Một tỷ lệ nhỏ các mẫu cho thấy nồng độ glyphosate cao hơn giới hạn phân tích định lượng (17 μg a.e./L), và nồng độ glyphosate tối đa được đo được là 40.8 μg/L.
