Phương pháp

Một cuộc tìm kiếm đã được thực hiện trên cơ sở dữ liệu Pubmed, Scopus, Clinicaltrials.gov và Thư viện Y tế Ảo cho các thử nghiệm kiểm soát ngẫu nhiên (RCT) đánh giá tỷ lệ tử vong trong 28 ngày ở bệnh nhân ARDS được điều trị bằng NMBA trong vòng 48 giờ. Một hạn chế về ngôn ngữ tiếng Anh đã được áp dụng. Dữ liệu liên quan đã được trích xuất và tổng hợp thành tỷ lệ rủi ro (RR), chênh lệch trung bình (MD) và khoảng tin cậy 95% (CI) tương ứng bằng cách sử dụng mô hình hiệu ứng ngẫu nhiên. Phân tích độ nhạy và hồi quy tổng hợp đã được thực hiện.
