Bệnh lao đa ổ xuất hiện với tổn thương xương khớp và vú

Tổn thương đa khớp, viêm khớp cổ tay và mắt cá chân là biểu hiện không thường gặp của bệnh lao xương. Lao ở vú cũng cực kỳ hiếm gặp. Tổn thương ở cổ tay, mắt cá chân và vú đã được phát hiện ở cùng một bệnh nhân. Mycobacterium tuberculosis đã được phân lập từ mẫu nuôi cấy dịch khớp và mẫu sinh thiết vú. Nói chung, viêm khớp do lao thường bị bỏ sót trong chẩn đoán, đặc biệt là trong các biểu hiện lâm sàng khác nhau. Yêu cầu một mức độ nghi ngờ cao, đặc biệt là ở các quần thể có nguy cơ cao và ở các khu vực lưu hành bệnh.
