Mô hình viêm đại tràng chuột của chúng tôi được thiết lập bằng cách sử dụng Escherichia coli biến đổi gen với gen Hsp60 của Yersinia enterocolitica làm kháng nguyên miễn dịch, và được khảo sát bằng kính hiển vi quang học và điện tử so sánh với tổn thương của UC.
