Hồ sơ của cả người dùng và người không dùng dịch vụ chia sẻ xe ở các thành phố châu Âu về các mẫu hành trình và khía cạnh tâm lý là gì? Hai mẫu phụ (1519 người dùng và 3695 người không dùng dịch vụ chia sẻ xe) đã tham gia vào một cuộc khảo sát, được dịch sang bảy ngôn ngữ, với 36 câu hỏi về thái độ đối với dịch vụ chia sẻ xe, môi trường, định hướng chính trị, chuẩn mực cá nhân, tần suất sử dụng các phương thức giao thông khác nhau và lựa chọn phương thức giao thông cho các mục đích đi lại khác nhau. Thông qua phân tích cụm phân cấp, năm kiểu di chuyển khác biệt đã được xác định, không có giới hạn trước về số lượng cụm. Các kiểu di chuyển này còn được đặc trưng thêm bởi các biến xã hội nhân khẩu học và các động cơ sử dụng dịch vụ chia sẻ xe. Bài báo này thảo luận về các tác động của việc ra quyết định dựa trên nghiên cứu và quy hoạch đô thị một cách đảm bảo an ninh con người và môi trường dài hạn.
