Sự chấp nhận dịch vụ ngân hàng di động tại Pakistan: Có sự khác biệt giới tính không?

Mục đích của bài báo này là cung cấp cái nhìn toàn diện về các yếu tố quyết định ảnh hưởng đến ý định của cá nhân trong việc chấp nhận dịch vụ ngân hàng di động (m-banking) tại Pakistan.
Một phương pháp khảo sát đã được sử dụng với mẫu 189 phản hồi từ khắp nơi ở Pakistan. Phân tích đa nhóm đã được thực hiện để phát hiện sự khác biệt giới giữa nam và nữ trong quá trình chấp nhận m-banking.
Bài báo đã tìm thấy sự hỗ trợ cho hiệu ứng tích cực của kiểm soát hành vi cảm nhận (PBC) và thái độ (ATT) đối với ý định chấp nhận m-banking. Những khác biệt đáng kể giữa nam và nữ đã được tìm thấy ảnh hưởng đến chuẩn mực chủ quan (SN) trong ý định chấp nhận, mặc dù mẫu kết hợp của nam và nữ là không đáng kể. Ảnh hưởng của SN đến việc chấp nhận m-banking mạnh hơn đối với phụ nữ so với nam giới. Thú vị hơn, bài báo cung cấp những phát hiện mâu thuẫn về vai trò của PBC đối với ý định chấp nhận. Ảnh hưởng của PBC đối với ý định chấp nhận m-banking được phát hiện là mạnh hơn đáng kể đối với nam giới so với phụ nữ.
