Tóm tắt

Nhiều nghiên cứu được thực hiện trong thập kỷ qua gợi ý về những lợi ích sức khỏe tâm thần từ không gian xanh và xanh nước. Chúng tôi nhằm mục đích tổng hợp hệ thống tài liệu hiện có về lợi ích sức khỏe tâm thần lâu dài từ không gian xanh và xanh nước trong môi trường sống bằng cách bao gồm các nghiên cứu đã sử dụng các công cụ tiêu chuẩn hóa hoặc các biện pháp khách quan của cả các yếu tố tiếp xúc và các kết quả đang quan tâm. Chúng tôi đã tuân thủ các hướng dẫn của tuyên bố PRISMA về báo cáo các bài tổng hợp hệ thống và phân tích tổng hợp. Tổng cộng có 28 nghiên cứu được đưa vào bài tổng hợp hệ thống này.
