Tóm tắt

Khí hậu trường học là một khái niệm phức tạp và đa diện, và có nhiều quan điểm khác nhau về các yếu tố chính xác cấu thành khái niệm này. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là kiểm tra cấu trúc thực nghiệm của một chỉ số khí hậu trường học hiện có và kiểm tra mối quan hệ giữa các yếu tố khí hậu trường học cụ thể với các vấn đề cảm xúc, các vấn đề hành vi và nạn bắt nạt (hay còn gọi là nạn nhân hóa). Sử dụng mẫu gồm 2.108 học sinh lớp trung học (từ lớp 6 đến lớp 8) từ mười trường học được chọn ngẫu nhiên chia thành hai mẫu phân tích, ba yếu tố (Cấu trúc Chuyên quyền, Trật tự Học sinh và Hỗ trợ Học sinh) đã xuất hiện trong các phân tích yếu tố khám phá và được xác thực chéo bằng phân tích yếu tố khẳng định. Sử dụng mẫu kết hợp, nhận thức của học sinh về sự trật tự trong lớp học và hành động chuyên quyền của giáo viên và nhân viên trường học đều có mối quan hệ độc lập và nghịch với các vấn đề cảm xúc và hành vi cũng như nạn nhân hóa. Những hệ quả lý thuyết và lâm sàng tiềm năng đối với các can thiệp dựa vào trường học nhằm nhắm đến khí hậu trường học và các kết quả liên quan ở cấp trung học cơ sở được thảo luận.
