Measurement of accumulation charge density at the silicone-oil/polymer-film interface under DC field by PEA method
Proceedings of 2002 IEEE 14th International Conference on Dielectric Liquids. ICDL 2002 (Cat. No.02CH37319) - Trang 266-269
Tóm tắt
Interface charge density in silicone-oil/polymer film composite was measured by pulsed-electroacoustic (PEA) method. When a film was placed on a positive electrode, considerable negative charges from a negative electrode were accumulated on the oil/film interface. When the film was placed on the negative electrode, positive charges were slightly accumulated. Quantity of the interface charge was greatly influenced not only by the polarity, but also by the period of the voltage application.
