Tóm tắt Thông tin nền Thông nối qua da nội soi dạ dày (PEG) có thể gặp một số biến chứng, mặc dù có lịch sử an toàn tốt. Hội chứng Bumper Chôn Thư (BBS) là một biến chứng hiếm gặp, muộn màng và nguy hiểm, đặc trưng bởi sự xói mòn của bộ phận chặn bên trong qua thành dạ dày. Trình bày trường hợp Chúng tôi báo cáo sự phát triển của BBS ở một bệnh nhân nam mắc bệnh phổi tắc nghẽn mãn tính (COPD) với cơn ho mãn tính dai dẳng, chủ yếu nhưng không chỉ vào buổi sáng và cần phải đặt ống PEG để truyền liên tục gel intestinal Levodopa/carbidopa cho bệnh Parkinson tiến triển. Kết luận Chúng tôi tin rằng COPD với cơn ho mãn tính, mặc dù không phải là chống chỉ định tuyệt đối đối với việc đặt PEG, nhưng có thể tiềm ẩn nguy cơ BBS, do đó, một chế độ chăm sóc ống phù hợp bởi nhân viên chuyên môn là cần thiết trong trường hợp này.
