Bài viết này trong tạp chí Nhóm. Tương tác. Tổ chức phân tích vai trò lãnh đạo trong các tổ chức của phong trào phản kháng Tây Ban Nha. Bài viết trình bày những hình mẫu lý tưởng về lãnh đạo của các nhà hoạt động, việc thực hiện chúng trong thực tiễn, các vấn đề liên quan và cách xử lý những vấn đề đó. Cơ sở lý thuyết là Nghiên cứu Lãnh đạo Phê phán, trong đó lãnh đạo không được hiểu là hành động của từng cá nhân mà là quá trình của toàn bộ hệ thống tham gia và do đó phân biệt rõ giữa lãnh đạo và các cá nhân lãnh đạo. Hơn nữa, các hệ quả đối với thực tiễn lãnh đạo cũng được thảo luận trong các tổ chức truyền thống.
