Tham gia dạ dày đơn lẻ của Hodgkin lymphoma tái phát: báo cáo trường hợp và tổng quan tài liệu

Mặc dù đường tiêu hóa là một trong những vị trí phổ biến nhất cho lymphoma ngoài hạch, nhưng lymphoma đường tiêu hóa là một bệnh hiếm gặp gần như hoàn toàn là lymphoma non-Hodgkin. Chúng tôi trình bày một trường hợp hiếm gặp tái phát lymphoma Hodgkin sau 12 năm như là sự tham gia đơn lẻ của dạ dày gây chảy máu đường tiêu hóa nghiêm trọng ở một phụ nữ 34 tuổi người Iran. Theo kết quả nội soi dạ dày tá tràng, phẫu thuật cắt bụng được thực hiện, và một khối u lớn ở phần trên của đáy dạ dày, bên cạnh chỗ nối thực quản-dạ dày, đã được quan sát thấy, do đó phẫu thuật cắt dạ dày được tiến hành. Tất cả các triệu chứng và kết quả thực nghiệm cho lymphoma Hodgkin đường tiêu hóa đều không đặc hiệu. Do đó, việc chẩn đoán trước phẫu thuật là một thử thách. Có vẻ như phẫu thuật là một phương pháp chẩn đoán và điều trị phù hợp trong lĩnh vực này.
