Phương pháp

Nồng độ của thủy ngân tổng (THg), thủy ngân vô cơ (IHg) và thủy ngân hữu cơ (OHg, được giả định là methylmercury; MeHg) đã được xác định trong máu toàn phần, hồng cầu, huyết tương, tóc và nước tiểu của nam và nữ Thụy Điển. Một hệ thống phân tích phổ huỳnh quang nguyên tử bằng hơi lạnh với nhiều lần tiêm tự động cho phân tích Hg đã được phát triển, cung cấp độ nhạy, độ chính xác và độ ổn định cao. Sự phân bố của các dạng thủy ngân khác nhau trong các môi trường sinh học khác nhau đã được khám phá.
