Tóm tắt Bối cảnh Các biện pháp hiện có để đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống của người sử dụng ma túy tiêm chích chủ yếu tập trung vào các yếu tố sức khỏe và các yếu tố liên quan đến sức khỏe. Phương pháp Một phân tích yếu tố khám phá với việc sử dụng khai thác theo trục chính trong SPSS 12.0 đã được thực hiện để xác định xem việc sử dụng điểm số tổng thể trên IDUQOL là khả thi hay không. Độ tin cậy của các điểm số từ IDUQOL được thu thập bằng cách sử dụng độ tin cậy nội tại và ước tính độ tin cậy kiểm tra lại sau một tuần. Bằng chứng tính hợp lệ liên quan đến tiêu chí được thu thập bằng các biến như sự ổn định của nhà ở, sự tham gia vào ngành mại dâm, hành vi tiêm chích có nguy cơ cao, sự tham gia vào các chương trình điều trị, điều trị khẩn cấp hoặc sốc thuốc trong sáu tháng trước đó, nhập viện và điều trị khẩn cấp trong thời gian sáu tháng tiếp theo sau khi thu thập dữ liệu. Bằng chứng tính hợp lệ hội tụ và phân biệt được thu thập bằng cách sử dụng các biện pháp về sự hài lòng trong cuộc sống, tự trọng và độ hấp dẫn xã hội.
