Tóm tắt

Most big firms have once been small. The seeds of success may very well have been planted in the initial phases after establishment. Company culture and professional direction, set at an early stage, may be the source of success (Collins and Porras, 1994). The organisational and professional characteristics can be identified by comparatively simple survey methods.
