Cách nâng cao an ninh tâm lý cho nhân viên doanh nghiệp trong đại dịch COVID-19: Dựa trên MRA và fsQCA

Tác động kinh tế do sự bùng phát và sự tiến triển năng động của đại dịch COVID-19 đã làm giảm an ninh tâm lý (ATK) của nhân viên, điều này không chỉ đe dọa sức khỏe thể chất và tinh thần của nhân viên mà còn ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến việc hoạt động ổn định và phát triển bền vững của các doanh nghiệp. ATK đã được xác định là có mối liên hệ chặt chẽ với những trải nghiệm trong cuộc sống hàng ngày. Do đó, mục đích của bài báo này là xem xét các loại và sự kết hợp của các sự kiện trong cuộc sống có thể cải thiện ATK của nhân viên trong thời gian đại dịch. Dữ liệu cắt ngang được thu thập từ 764 nhân viên doanh nghiệp ở 8 tỉnh và thành phố tại Trung Quốc trong thời kỳ đại dịch. Các tham gia viên đã hoàn thành thang đo ATK để đánh giá ATK của họ, và thang đo sự kiện ATK để đánh giá các loại sự kiện trong cuộc sống hàng ngày mà họ đã trải qua. Phân tích hồi quy đa biến (MRA) và phân tích so sánh định tính dựa trên tập mờ (fsQCA) đã được sử dụng để kiểm tra giả thuyết nghiên cứu. Kết quả của MRA cho thấy rằng các hoạt động giải trí phong phú (ĐGLP), mối quan hệ gia đình hài hòa (MHGH), trật tự kinh tế ổn định (TKEOT) và sự công nhận cũng như hỗ trợ từ người khác (SSH) là những sự kiện quan trọng trong cuộc sống có tác dụng nâng cao ATK của nhân viên. Kết quả của fsQCA cho thấy rằng vai trò độc lập của TKEOT, vai trò kết hợp của hệ thống an sinh xã hội vững mạnh (HSSSVMT), các sự kiện về hòa bình và sức khỏe (SKHP) và MHGH, sự kết hợp của SKHP, tình trạng công việc/cuộc sống đáp ứng (TKCL) và TKEOT cùng với SSH có thể thay thế lẫn nhau để thúc đẩy ATK cao cho nhân viên. Bài viết này tiết lộ sự đóng góp của các sự kiện trong cuộc sống hàng ngày đối với ATK của nhân viên doanh nghiệp, và cung cấp cơ sở thực tiễn để xây dựng các biện pháp can thiệp tương ứng nhằm nâng cao sức khỏe thể chất và tinh thần cho nhân viên doanh nghiệp và quản lý doanh nghiệp hiệu quả.
