Sarcoma Schwannoma Ác Tính Dạ Dày Xuất Hiện Với Triệu Chứng Xuất Huết Gastrointestinal: Báo Cáo Một Trường Hợp

Tóm tắt Giới thiệu Chúng tôi báo cáo một trường hợp sarcoma schwannoma ác tính dạ dày xuất hiện với triệu chứng xuất huyết đường tiêu hóa. Trình bày trường hợp Người đàn ông 70 tuổi người Nhật Bản được đưa vào bệnh viện của chúng tôi với triệu chứng xuất huyết đường tiêu hóa. Nội soi đường tiêu hóa phát hiện một tổn thương lồi ở thân dạ dày. Kết quả nhuộm Hematoxylin và Eosin từ mẫu sinh thiết của tổn thương này cho thấy có những tế bào thoi xếp thành từng mảng. Phương pháp miễn dịch nhuộm cho thấy các tế bào này dương tính với protein S-100 và âm tính với c-Kit và actin cơ trơn. Vì sự phân bào được quan sát thấy rải rác, khối u này được chẩn đoán là sarcoma schwannoma ác tính dạ dày. Phẫu thuật cắt dạ dày với việc cắt bỏ hạch bạch huyết đã được thực hiện và quá trình phục hồi sau phẫu thuật của bệnh nhân diễn ra suôn sẻ. Tuy nhiên, năm tháng sau phẫu thuật, ông qua đời do di căn gan đa số. Kết luận Các trường hợp sarcoma schwannoma ác tính dạ dày rất hiếm khi được báo cáo. Hiệu quả của việc cắt bỏ phẫu thuật và tiên lượng sau phẫu thuật vẫn chưa rõ ràng và cần được nghiên cứu thêm.
