Từ tri thức đến thành công: hiểu vai trò quan trọng của quản trị tri thức, chia sẻ tri thức ngầm và lãnh đạo đội nhóm trong kết quả dự án

Nghiên cứu này điều tra mối quan hệ giữa quản trị tri thức và thành công của dự án, tập trung vào cơ chế tiềm ẩn của việc chia sẻ tri thức ngầm và lãnh đạo đội nhóm hiệu quả như một cơ chế đệm. Một cuộc khảo sát với khoảng thời gian trễ đã được thực hiện trong lĩnh vực CNTT tại Trung Quốc, thu thập dữ liệu từ 367 nhân viên. Dữ liệu thu thập được sau đó đã được phân tích bằng cách sử dụng macro Hayes PROCESS. Kết quả cho thấy có một mối liên hệ tích cực giữa quản trị tri thức và thành công của dự án. Ngoài ra, dữ liệu còn hỗ trợ quan điểm cho rằng việc chia sẻ tri thức ngầm làm trung gian cho mối quan hệ giữa quản trị tri thức và thành công của dự án. Hơn nữa, lãnh đạo đội nhóm hiệu quả được tìm thấy là có tác động điều chỉnh mối liên hệ trực tiếp giữa quản trị tri thức và việc chia sẻ tri thức ngầm, cuối cùng ảnh hưởng đến thành công của dự án. Nghiên cứu này nhấn mạnh tầm quan trọng của việc thực hiện các thực hành quản trị tri thức vững chắc, khuyến khích việc chia sẻ tri thức ngầm và nuôi dưỡng lãnh đạo đội nhóm có kỹ năng cho các tổ chức nhằm nâng cao thành công của dự án. Những phát hiện này cung cấp những hiểu biết quý giá cho các tổ chức đang tìm cách tối ưu hóa kết quả dự án thông qua quản lý tri thức hiệu quả và các chiến lược lãnh đạo đội nhóm.
