Quyền sở hữu và kiểm soát đã trở thành trọng tâm chiến lược trong các phân tích tổ chức để đạt được hiệu suất. Do đó, tính bền vững trở nên cần thiết để tích hợp và kiểm soát các tổ chức trong toàn bộ chuỗi cung ứng nhằm tránh cơ hội sinh thái và tiết kiệm chi phí giao dịch.
