Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hình thành hệ sinh thái khởi nghiệp nông nghiệp: Bằng chứng từ Iran

Vai trò của các doanh nghiệp khởi nghiệp và vốn đầu tư mạo hiểm trong nền kinh tế của các quốc gia ngày càng trở nên nổi bật. Một số quốc gia đã đóng góp vào việc hình thành và phát triển một hệ sinh thái hỗ trợ cho doanh nghiệp thông qua việc xây dựng các chính sách và biện pháp phù hợp. Mục tiêu chính của nghiên cứu này là điều tra các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hình thành hệ sinh thái khởi nghiệp nông nghiệp ở Iran. Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện qua hai giai đoạn. Thứ nhất, phân tích nội dung định tính của các bài báo được chọn đã được sử dụng để xác định các yếu tố có ảnh hưởng trong hệ sinh thái khởi nghiệp nông nghiệp. Thứ hai, mô hình phương trình cấu trúc đã được thực hiện để xác định tác động của các thành phần đã xác định đến hệ sinh thái khởi nghiệp nông nghiệp ở Iran. Kết quả của giai đoạn đầu tiên của nghiên cứu này cho thấy rằng có sáu thành phần ảnh hưởng đến hệ sinh thái khởi nghiệp bao gồm thị trường, vốn nhân lực, hỗ trợ, văn hóa, tài chính và chính sách. Dữ liệu định lượng cần thiết đã được thu thập từ một mẫu dân số các nhà quản lý khởi nghiệp nông nghiệp ở Iran. Kết quả cho thấy tất cả sáu thành phần được trích xuất từ tài liệu đều có tác động tích cực và đáng kể đến hệ sinh thái khởi nghiệp nông nghiệp ở Iran, trong khi hai trong số đó có tác động mạnh nhất do các đặc điểm văn hóa và kinh tế của các vùng.
