Tóm tắt Giới thiệu Hỗ trợ sống ngoài cơ thể (ECLS) và oxy hóa màng ngoài cơ thể (ECMO) đã được chỉ định điều trị cho suy hô hấp cấp tính và/hoặc suy tim. Bài viết này mô tả kinh nghiệm trong năm đầu tiên của chúng tôi về hoạt động ECLS tại bệnh viện, thuật toán phẫu thuật và quy trình tập trung bệnh nhân người lớn từ các bệnh viện huyện. Phương pháp Tại một trung tâm cấp cứu chuyên khoa (Bệnh viện Careggi, Florence, Ý), một chương trình ECLS đã được phát triển từ năm 2008 bởi Khoa cấp cứu và Khoa nội tim mạch và mạch máu.
