Extended block-adaptive Fourier analyser

The paper proposes an improved extended block-adaptive Fourier analyser, which works as an observer and enables (in certain conditions) to analyse and to reproduce its input signal's components of different waveforms (spectra) and (not harmonically related) frequencies. Simulation results are presented.
