Khám Phá Tính Khả Thi của Mô Hình COM-B và Khung Lý Thuyết về Các Miền (TDF) để Xác Định Các Yếu Tố Hỗ Trợ và Cản Trở Thực Hành Dựa Trên Bằng Chứng Trong Ngành Hộ Sinh

Trong bối cảnh sự phát triển của nghiên cứu khoa học trong lĩnh vực chăm sóc sản khoa, các nữ hộ sinh gặp nhiều thách thức trong việc chuyển giao những bằng chứng mới nhất thành thực hành dựa trên bằng chứng (EBP) và thể hiện sự e ngại khi dẫn dắt sự thay đổi thực hành trong các lĩnh vực lâm sàng. Nghiên cứu này nhằm khám phá quan điểm của các nhà lãnh đạo hộ sinh về những yếu tố nào hỗ trợ hoặc cản trở nỗ lực của các nữ hộ sinh trong việc chuyển giao những bằng chứng mới nhất vào thực hành hàng ngày, và xem xét chúng liên quan đến cả mô hình Năng Lực, Cơ Hội, Động Lực và Hành Vi (COM-B) và Khung Lý Thuyết về Các Miền (TDF).
Nghiên cứu định tính này là một phần của dự án nghiên cứu hành động (AR) lớn hơn được thiết kế nhằm cải thiện khả năng triển khai EBP của các nữ hộ sinh. Dữ liệu được thu thập từ tám nhà lãnh đạo hộ sinh bang Tây Úc, những người đã giữ chức vụ quản lý hoặc điều hành trong tổ chức của họ. Năm nữ hộ sinh tham dự một hội thảo nhóm trọng tâm và ba người lựa chọn tham gia phỏng vấn trực tiếp. Phân tích chủ đề đã được sử dụng để mã hóa dữ liệu đã được transcribe và nhóm các phát hiện tương tự vào các phân loại phụ, được gộp lại thành bốn phân loại chính và một phát hiện cốt lõi chung. Những điều này được ánh xạ vào một ma trận kết hợp COM-B và TDF để xác định khả năng sử dụng của những công cụ này trong bối cảnh hộ sinh.
