Khám Phá Những Quan Niệm Của Giáo Viên Mẫu Giáo Về Giảng Dạy Và Học Hỏi, Và Tự Tin Của Họ Trong Quản Lý Lớp Học Và Kiến Thức Nội Dung Sư Phạm
Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu này nhằm hiểu mối quan hệ giữa các quan niệm về giảng dạy và học hỏi (COLT), tự tin trong quản lý lớp học (CMSE), và tự tin trong kiến thức nội dung sư phạm (PCKSE). Tổng cộng có 485 giáo viên mẫu giáo đang công tác tại Đài Loan tham gia vào nghiên cứu này đã hoàn thành ba bảng hỏi, cụ thể là: Bảng hỏi về Những Quan Niệm Về Giảng Dạy Và Học Hỏi, Bảng hỏi Về Tự Tin Trong Quản Lý Lớp Học, và Bảng hỏi Về Tự Tin Trong Kiến Thức Nội Dung Sư Phạm. Các kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng, trong khi giáo viên nhận thức về giảng dạy và học hỏi từ góc độ tiếp cận xây dựng, họ có xu hướng sở hữu tự tin cao hơn trong quản lý lớp học và từ đó thể hiện tự tin cao hơn về PCK. Ngược lại, những giáo viên có quan niệm truyền thống về giảng dạy và học hỏi thường có tự tin thấp hơn trong quản lý lớp học và do đó có mức độ PCK tự tin thấp hơn. Dựa vào các kết quả nghiên cứu, nghiên cứu hiện tại khuyến khích giáo viên phát triển COLT theo hướng xây dựng nhằm cải thiện việc quản lý và PCK. Ngoài ra, nghiên cứu cũng gợi ý rằng các nghiên cứu trong tương lai nên khám phá các yếu tố khác tác động đến sự tự tin của giáo viên.
