TÓM TẮTNghiên cứu này định nghĩa và thực hiện hóa tám cấu trúc năng lực ERP. Chúng tôi xác định năng lực ERP là một danh mục các kỹ năng quản lý, kỹ thuật và tổ chức, được xem là tiền đề để cải thiện hiệu quả kinh doanh khi hệ thống ERP đã hoạt động ổn định và chức năng hóa. Để cải thiện phản ứng với sự thay đổi của thị trường và sản phẩm, các nhà sản xuất đang ngày càng áp dụng các hệ thống ERP. Tuy nhiên, các báo cáo thực tế cho thấy việc nhận ra lợi ích tiềm năng của ERP là hiếm gặp.
