Tóm tắtTrong thập kỷ qua, đã có sự gia tăng đáng kể về mối quan tâm đối với quản lý chuỗi cung ứng xanh, tích hợp tư duy về môi trường vào quản lý chuỗi cung ứng. Việc đánh giá tiềm năng cải thiện của nhà cung cấp là rất quan trọng khi một tổ chức muốn đạt được một số mục tiêu môi trường nhất định liên quan đến nguồn cung cấp của họ, với điều kiện phải cân nhắc đến nguồn lực hạn chế có sẵn. Trong bài báo này, việc đưa vào các tiêu chí đánh giá môi trường vào một phương pháp phân khúc nhà cung cấp toàn diện được gọi là 'ma trận tiềm năng nhà cung cấp' (SPM), một phân khúc nhà cung cấp xanh được đề xuất nhằm phân loại các nhà cung cấp. Hai chiều tổng quát—khả năng của nhà cung cấp và mong muốn của nhà cung cấp—được sử dụng để đánh giá tiềm năng xanh của nhà cung cấp. Hai chiều này được đo bằng nhiều tiêu chí khác nhau. Phương pháp phân loại gọi là ELECTRE TRI-rC được sử dụng để giải quyết bài toán ra quyết định đa tiêu chí phát sinh.
