Hiệu quả của việc học nhóm ảo trong giáo dục doanh nhân: một nghiên cứu khảo sát

Nghiên cứu này xem xét hiệu quả của việc học nhóm ảo đối với năng lực doanh nhân trong lĩnh vực giáo dục đại học tại Trung Quốc. Các nghiên cứu liên quan đến hiệu quả của việc học nhóm ảo còn rất ít, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực giáo dục doanh nhân. Chúng tôi đã đưa ra bốn giả thuyết để phân tích hai loại mối quan hệ: một giữa đầu vào, đặc điểm hoặc nhân khẩu học của người trả lời, và các yếu tố trung gian, cụ thể là làm việc nhóm ảo, làm việc nhiệm vụ ảo, công nghệ thông tin và truyền thông; và một giữa các yếu tố trung gian và đầu ra, tức là hiệu quả của giáo dục doanh nhân. Một khảo sát trực tuyến đã được thực hiện để thu thập quan điểm của những người tham gia về việc học nhóm ảo trong giáo dục doanh nhân từ các khía cạnh làm việc nhóm, làm việc nhiệm vụ và công nghệ thông tin và truyền thông, có tính đến đặc điểm hoặc nhân khẩu học của người tham gia. Bằng cách giải thích các yếu tố của quá trình nhóm, các phát hiện cho thấy rằng làm việc nhóm ảo, làm việc nhiệm vụ ảo và công nghệ thông tin và truyền thông có tác động tích cực đến kết quả kinh doanh của việc học nhóm ảo. Thêm vào đó, các đặc điểm cá nhân, bao gồm giới tính, trình độ học vấn, lĩnh vực học vấn, lịch sử gia đình doanh nhân và kinh nghiệm doanh nhân trước đó có ảnh hưởng khác nhau đến ba yếu tố của nhóm ảo. Mô hình áp dụng cung cấp một cái nhìn tổng thể về việc học nhóm ảo và giải thích mối liên hệ giữa ba lĩnh vực. Những phát hiện này có thể cung cấp cơ sở thực nghiệm cho việc ra quyết định trong việc thiết kế và phát triển các chương trình học và giảng dạy về doanh nhân.
