Tóm tắt

Thành phần acid béo (FA) của lipid tổng, phospholipid (PL) và triacylglycerol (TAG) đã được xác định trong mô cơ của Silurus triostegus. Sự phân bố của các tỷ lệ acid béo bão hòa (SFA), acid béo không bão hòa đơn (MUFA) và acid béo không bão hòa đa (PUFA) được tìm thấy là khác nhau giữa lipid tổng, PL và TAG từ mô cơ của cá đực và cái S. triostegus trong mọi mùa. Triacylglycerol chứa tỷ lệ PUFA thấp hơn và tỷ lệ MUFA và SFA cao hơn so với PL, trong khi PL chứa tỷ lệ PUFA cao hơn tỷ lệ MUFA và SFA so với TAG. Thành phần acid béo của triacylglycerol và PL trong mô cơ của hai loài cá đực và cái được tìm thấy là khác nhau. Các acid béo phong phú nhất trong các mùa điều tra là acid palmitic (C16:0), acid stearic (C18:0), acid oleic (C18:1 n-9), acid palmitoleic (C16:1 n-7) và acid docosahexaenoic (C22:6 n-3). Kết quả cho thấy rằng tổng lượng lipid và thành phần FA trong mô cơ của cá đực và cái S. triostegus bị ảnh hưởng bởi thời kỳ sinh sản và mùa.
