Triển khai hệ thống ERP trong các doanh nghiệp lớn - một tổng quan tài liệu có hệ thống

Mục đích

Việc triển khai hoạch định nguồn lực doanh nghiệp (ERP) đi kèm với một loạt các thách thức. Để có được hiểu biết tốt hơn về các thách thức này và làm thế nào để chúng có thể được giảm thiểu trong quá trình triển khai, mục đích của bài viết này là sử dụng phân loại của Esteves và Bohórquez (2007) dựa trên khung vòng đời ERP, và phân tích nội dung để xem xét tài liệu về triển khai ERP theo một định dạng có cấu trúc với trọng tâm là các doanh nghiệp lớn, và cung cấp một nền tảng cho các thực hành để lập kế hoạch triển khai với khả năng thất bại tối thiểu.

Thiết kế/phương pháp/tiếp cận

Phân loại của Esteves và Bohórquez (2007) dựa trên khung vòng đời ERP được sử dụng để phát triển và trình bày một tổng quan có hệ thống toàn diện về tài liệu về việc triển khai hệ thống ERP trong các doanh nghiệp lớn (LEs), với trọng tâm đặc biệt vào giai đoạn chuẩn bị triển khai, triển khai, và sau triển khai.

Kết quả

Dựa trên tài liệu, các tổ chức có thể lập kế hoạch triển khai dựa trên các phát hiện và chiến lược được trình bày trong nghiên cứu. Điều này có thể dẫn đến việc hiểu biết tốt hơn về triển khai với xác suất thất bại tối thiểu. Các tác giả nhận thấy rằng sự hỗ trợ từ ban lãnh đạo cấp cao, nhóm quản lý dự án tốt, và sự giao tiếp tốt là ba yếu tố quan trọng nhất trong việc thành công trong quá trình triển khai. Các tác giả cũng xác định những khoảng trống quan trọng trong nghiên cứu hiện tại. Nghiên cứu hiện tại chủ yếu tập trung vào giai đoạn triển khai, nhưng nghiên cứu về giai đoạn chuẩn bị và sau triển khai còn thiếu, và chưa có phương pháp luận triển khai chuẩn hóa nào được phát triển cho ngành công nghiệp.
