Tóm tắt

Tình trạng thừa dịch và nghẽn tĩnh mạch liên quan đến tỷ lệ bệnh tật và tử vong ở đơn vị chăm sóc đặc biệt (ICU). Việc sử dụng thuốc lợi tiểu để điều chỉnh cân bằng dịch là phổ biến, mặc dù mối quan hệ giữa sự mất nước do thuốc lợi tiểu và cải thiện lâm sàng không mạnh. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu là đánh giá khả năng của chỉ số xung động tĩnh mạch cửa, chỉ số trở kháng tĩnh mạch thận và điểm số VEXUS (điểm số siêu âm nghẽn tĩnh mạch) trong việc dự đoán tình trạng mất nước do thuốc lợi tiểu được chỉ định.
