Tế bào gốc xuất phát từ mỡ người (hADSCs) có khả năng chuyển hóa thành nhiều loại tế bào khác nhau, bao gồm cả tế bào tim. Nhiều loại chất tạo thành được sử dụng để phân hóa tế bào tim, tuy nhiên, câu hỏi nào là loại tốt nhất vẫn còn cần được nghiên cứu. Mục tiêu của bài báo này là điều tra tác động của sự kết hợp giữa mô đệm fibrin và trichostatin A (TSA) trong việc phân hóa hADSCs thành các tế bào giống như tế bào cơ tim.
