Tóm tắt

The heavy metal composition of 80 samples of heat treated pork liver pastes from different brands canned in three different type of container was analysed. The metal concentration in the pastes together with multivariate techniques such as linear discriminant analysis, principal component analysis and factor analysis allow us to study the latent structure in the samples and follow the influence of the material of the container or/and the brand of origin.
