Phát triển năng lực giảng dạy của giáo viên thực tập trong giáo dục thể chất trong quá trình thực tập dài hạn

Hầu hết các chương trình đào tạo giáo viên ở Đức đã triển khai các đợt thực tâp dài hạn để phát triển kỹ năng giảng dạy của giáo viên dự bị. Tuy nhiên, đến nay vẫn thiếu các nghiên cứu về ảnh hưởng của những đợt thực tập này đối với hiệu suất giảng dạy thực tế của giáo viên dự bị. Nghiên cứu này cố gắng cung cấp cái nhìn về sự phát triển hiệu suất giảng dạy của giáo viên thể chất (PE) dự bị trong một kỳ thực tập kéo dài 5 tháng. Tổng cộng, 11 giáo viên dự bị đã được ghi hình trong cùng một lớp học: ba lần vào đầu kỳ thực tập và ba lần vào cuối kỳ thực tập trong các tiết học PE. Tất cả các tiết học đã được đánh giá bằng Hệ thống Đánh giá Lớp học (CLASS) bởi các người quan sát CLASS có chứng nhận. CLASS là một hệ thống đánh giá mang tính suy diễn cao dùng để phân tích các quan sát lớp học và video lớp học. CLASS cho các trường tiểu học (CLASS K-3) đánh giá 10 khía cạnh của tương tác giữa giáo viên và học sinh, được tóm tắt trong ba lĩnh vực cốt lõi. Các lĩnh vực cốt lõi này bao gồm hỗ trợ cảm xúc, tổ chức lớp học và hỗ trợ giảng dạy. Độ tin cậy giữa các đánh giá viên đã được đánh giá thông qua phân tích tỷ lệ trong một. Sự phát triển hiệu suất giảng dạy của giáo viên dự bị trong PE không cho thấy sự gia tăng đáng kể trong 10 khía cạnh/ba lĩnh vực cốt lõi được đo lường trong suốt khóa thực tập. Các diễn giải về những phát hiện này và những ảnh hưởng thực tiễn cho giáo dục giáo viên được thảo luận.
