VnTóm tắt Mục tiêu Khả năng hiểu lời nói thường được biểu thị dưới dạng phần trăm các từ, câu hoặc âm vị được xác định chính xác bởi một người nghe hoặc một nhóm người nghe khi được nói bởi một hay nhiều người phát âm. Các rối loạn giao tiếp có thể có tác động tiêu cực đến khả năng hiểu lời nói. Đến nay, chưa có bài kiểm tra nào bằng tiếng Ả Rập đo lường khả năng hiểu lời nói. Mục đích Cần phát triển và chuẩn hóa một bài kiểm tra khả năng hiểu lời nói bằng tiếng Ả Rập một cách khách quan, có thể được sử dụng để ước lượng mức độ suy giảm của khả năng hiểu lời nói trong các rối loạn giao tiếp, nhằm phát triển một công cụ đánh giá hợp lệ và đáng tin cậy để đánh giá hiệu quả của các chương trình điều trị khác nhau cho các rối loạn giao tiếp khác nhau. Bệnh nhân và phương pháp Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện trên 200 trẻ em có độ tuổi từ 4–12 tuổi, có kỹ năng ngôn ngữ đã hoàn thiện hoặc tương đương với độ tuổi. Tất cả trẻ em đều được chọn ngẫu nhiên từ phòng khám ngoại trú về bệnh lý ngôn ngữ và có một trong năm rối loạn lời nói đã chọn ảnh hưởng đến khả năng hiểu lời nói. Mỗi trẻ tham gia nghiên cứu được thực hiện hai đánh giá: một đánh giá chủ quan về khả năng hiểu lời nói của trẻ và bài kiểm tra khả năng hiểu lời nói bằng tiếng Ả Rập đã được phát triển, nhằm mục đích là một đo lường khách quan.
